Rose is a solo owner-operator cleaning service in Ulster County, NY. This page explains what we collect through our contact and booking forms, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect — required
To prepare a quote we need:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your street address
- Your town
- The service you’re asking about
- Your home size (for residential services)
- How often you’d like service
- Your confirmation that we may contact you about your quote
What we collect — optional
You can also share, if you’d like:
- Number of bathrooms
- Add-ons you’re interested in
- Access notes (pets, parking, entry)
- Your preferred time of day
- Your preferred date
- Anything else you’d like us to know
- Whether you’d like occasional updates (off by default)
Why we collect it
We collect these details only to prepare your quote and to schedule a walkthrough if you’d like one. We don’t use them for advertising, and we don’t sell them.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for 36 months from the date you send them, then we delete them.
How to ask us to delete it
When you submit a request, we give it a reference number (something like RQ-1A2B3C4D). Keep it — you can ask us to delete your submission at any time by sending that reference. If you’ve lost it, tell us your name and email and we’ll find it that way.
Who sees it
Your details are seen only by the operator. We don’t share them with anyone else.
What our logs record
Our logs record only the reference number, the result, and how long the request took — never your name, email, phone, address, or the text of your message.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete what we have from you. The contact form is the way to reach us — mention your reference number (or your name and email) and what you’d like done.
